Hotel Tiffany Resort

Unfortunately, we were unlucky to find this hotel. I had the displeasure to note that the pictures in the description on the hotel website do not correspond to reality. Everything is a lie! We had an All Inclusive stay of 9 nights (family with one child). When we bought the stay, the people at the hotel recommended us a "Platina" room. God, this looks like a hospital room. The room doesn't let the impression that you were in a hotel... It was a white room, with a wardrobe, totally ordinary. Overlooking the size and appearance of the room, I had a big problem with the bathroom. It is very poorly thought out, shrinking even more the existing small space. Attention especially to overweight people! After the first night, we asked to change the respective room with another option, in which the utilities in the bathroom were arranged differently, offering ease of movement. The staff at the reception was receptive to our request, saying that we will have to pay a small fee of 20 euros, although the new room was considered a downgrade due to the lack of a mini-fridge. However, this fee was increased by Mrs. Antonella, the owner of the hotel, who added another 20 euros, reasoning that the cleaning company would be paid twice... In the end, after a discussion with the hotel manager, we agreed to pay the 40 euros. It can be said that cleaning is done, but not literally. Dust, considered one of the enemies of the hotel room, was present daily on the bedside tables and chest of drawers. It was also visible on the hotel information book. The restaurant service was disaster! Totally unprofessional! They served the main course before finishing the entree, often the food was cold. Setup at tables always incomplete. The service was carried out in a hurry creating a feeling of discomfort, rushing the customers! The poor menu was daily present. Breakfast also poor. The dessert served by Mrs Antonella was the same almost every day. One ice cream flavor, maximum two. Everything that was served was given with maximum economy. This wouldn't be a problem for adults, but I've seen children turned away from dessert due to insufficient stock. We received a negative response when we asked for a bottle of softdrink. The waiter told us that he didn't have any and that he was going to bring it the next day." He just remind us that it's Sunday and they don't have any more juices". ( As if the stock is the client's business...) Lunch boxes can be organized for those who choose to go on excursions. In this situation, it is better to buy food a day in advance. We opted for the lunch box from the hotel. The staff told that they wouldn't be able to include part of the daily menu (already paid) and they couldn't do anything other than sandwiches. The sandwiches were ridiculously simple. White brad cut into thick slices, with a slice of cheese and a slice of salami. The attitude of the owner leaves a negative feeling . It directly shows the interest of own business instead of a professional service and nice environment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, even if it is the last accommodation option!

At the beginning everything was good. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast had a lot of variety and it was good too but nothing too special taste wise. But the prices for this hotel are definitely too high. Negative things: the cleaning staff just entered the room, without asking or waiting for a response after knocking and even if you got the „do not disturb“ thing on, they knock on your door for about 10 minutes until you open the door or they just enter. The toilet paper NEVER got refilled and we always had to get some from the public toilets in the hotel. At the beginning everyone was friendly and polite but at the end the hotel staff in general were just not polite and had a kind of disrespectful tone. They definitely treat the italian guests differently than for example the german ones. My partner and I definitely wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

I stayed in this hotel for a week (me with my husband). We booked a room with a balcony (very large) with a king bed. The hotel is located in a quiet area, so much so that at night you can sleep very well without external noise. The owners are so kind, Mrs. Antonella immediately made herself available for a request relating to the room and Mr. Giacomo is always nice (we always had him in the dining room at dessert time and at an aperitif evening and what can I say... .always generous even when you don't know what to choose, he recommends taking both desserts 😊). As far as cuisine is concerned, we chose full board and the food was VERY WELL!!! I complimented the chef personally because he was truly deserving. Lots of buffet starters and vegetables. I highly recommend this Hotel.

excellent family run hotel. we were really very satisfied. the location is excellent, you practically cross the road and you are at the seaside (they had an agreement with Piera bathrooms, which were excellent bathrooms and which I recommend); there is a heated outdoor swimming pool (also excellent on bad weather days or for relaxing, very clean), and an internal wellness path. eating superb from breakfast, to lunch, dinner, we appreciated the quality and variety of the food, even our son appreciated it a lot. quiet room equipped with every functionality, large and very comfortable bed, and with balcony, smart TV. staff very kind and ready for every request, (Igor very good and super helpful waiter and Anita at the reception very professional) owners always kind and very available for every request. parking included for cars in the immediate vicinity. for those who have children (we have a 3 year old son) lots of games of all types around the area and spaces where they can play; towels provided by the hotel for the beach (with an extra charge); bicycles included available for guests. I found no defects. we will definitely be back

Services in general and excellent location too. We will certainly be returning as soon as possible.
